Camrie Ventry is a Dallas attorney on the Tauler Smith LLP litigation team. Ms. Ventry previously practiced as a criminal defense attorney, and she is now dedicated to assisting both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation throughout Texas.

Education

Camrie Ventry obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During her time in law school, she was a member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court and the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. Additionally, Ms. Ventry had the honor of serving as the Managing Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal, as well as the Chair of the Becnel Trial Advocacy Program. She participated in several national trial competitions, and she was chosen as a member of The Order of Barristers due to her exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral argumentation, and legal brief writing.

Prior to law school, Ms. Ventry received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Benedictine College.

Camrie Ventry is admitted to practice law in both Texas and California.

She is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Central District of California.

Background

Camrie grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was a nationally recognized athlete who competed in major collegiate events for cross country running and track & field. She also interned for the Lancaster District Court as a Judicial Extern.

In her spare time, Camrie enjoys trying new restaurants in Dallas and working out at the gym with sprints, weightlifting, and Pilates.
