Kevin Valsi is a Senior Counsel primarily focused on unfair competition and false advertising litigation. Mr. Valsi strives to obtain the very best outcome for his clients in all of his matters.


Prior to joining Tauler Smith LLP, Mr. Valsi was a General Manager at Uber Technologies, Inc, where he successfully launched and managed the Uber service in Florida. Mr. Valsi was also an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Previously, Mr. Valsi was the Head of Growth at Cargomatic, Inc. in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco, where he helped launch and expand a business-to-business freight shipping software platform.


Mr. Valsi obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Prior to graduation, he founded the Harvard Law Entrepreneurs. He earned his B.A. in psychology and criminology from the University of Maryland.


Mr. Valsi is licensed to practice law in the state of California, where he was admitted in 2010.
